Organic Shatavari & Ashwagandha – Woman Vital

Organic Shatavari and Ashwagandha capsules –  manufactured in the U.K and Soil Association Organic certified.

Organic Shatavari and Ashwagandha – vital woman formula provides herbal support for women through life’s natural transitions and hormonal cycles.

Demanding and busy lifestyles can disrupt the female hormonal system and can lead to hormonal imbalances in the monthly cycle as well as hot flushes, dryness and lack of concentration in later years.

Blended from Ayurveda’s primary rejuvenating herbs Organic Shatavari and Ashwagandha is ideal for women through all their life cycles. Designed to support the demands of busy, active lifestlyes with vitality-producing adaptogens like Ashwagandha and Shatavari root.

Shatavari is Ayurveda’s herb of choice for women. It is known as the herb that ‘can bring you 100 husbands’ – poetically describing its nourishing effects!

The cooling, nutritive and moistening qualities of Shatavari root and Amla berry make them favourites in Ayurvedic herbal formulas formulated for women. Fenugreek and Cumin seeds both influence apana vata which in Ayurveda is considered vital for a healthy hormonal balance.
