Pregnancy Multivitamin is an award‑winning, expertly formulated blend of 27 essential nutrients designed to support your body’s natural rhythm throughout pregnancy. This comprehensive supplement provides the key vitamins and minerals needed for both mother and baby, helping to nourish healthy development from conception through all three trimesters — and into the breastfeeding period.
Each daily dose includes 400μg folic acid, the Government‑recommended amount to support foetal brain and spinal development. Supplemental folic acid increases maternal folate status, contributing to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. The formula also includes researched levels of iron to support cognitive development, iodine for normal growth in children, and vitamin D for healthy bone development.
Vitamin C supports the immune system, while vitamins B5 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue — a welcome benefit during pregnancy. Beta carotene provides a safe, natural source of vitamin A, supporting vision, skin and immune health without the risks associated with preformed vitamin A.
Suitable for use in trimesters 1, 2 and 3, as well as during breastfeeding, this multivitamin works in harmony with a healthy diet and lifestyle. For optimum nutritional support, it is recommended alongside Pregnancy Omega Oil and Pregnancy Biotic.
As with all Viridian supplements offered by Kachina, this product contains 100% active ingredients with no artificial fillers, additives or nasties.
