Root Session

You’ve tried the tracker apps, the supplements, the GP visits and you’re still left wondering what your body is trying to tell you.

This 75-minute session is a deep dive into your hormones, cycles, symptoms, and system-wide patterns. We’ll explore your full health history and unpack the why behind what you’re experiencing across your endocrine, digestive, inflammatory, and nervous systems.

Together, we’ll craft a personalised herbal medicine designed to gently support regulation and address deeper root causes over time.

This is your turning point: less confusion, more clarity. No more patchwork fixes.

Best for:
Those navigating persistent symptoms or hormone-related diagnoses like PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, post-pill recovery, or fatigue.

Includes:

• 75-minute video consultation

• Full symptom + systems review

• Bespoke herbal medicine sent to your door (4 week’s supply)

• Nutritional and supplement guidance

• 1x 30 minute follow-up consultation
