How to use:
Recommended daily dose:

• Children 3 to 12 years – 5ml (1 teaspoon)
• Increased dose for extra support:
• Adults and children 12+ years – 10ml (2 teaspoons) up to four times a day
• Children 3 to 12 years – 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to four times a day
