It provides a smooth, fragrance-free moisture barrier to protect the skin from urine and faeces. It gives the skin a translucent sheen, making monitoring as easy as possible for the patient.

Proshield Plus Skin Protectant is simple to apply and remove, and it aids in the prevention and treatment of chafed, chapped, or cracked skin, as well as peri-wound skin. It is safe to use on elderly, paediatric, and neonatal users, as well as intact and injured skin associated with incontinence. Place and smooth Proshield Plus Skin Protectant over the area of intact or injured skin; do not rub in as this may cause friction. The product will leave a visible barrier on the skin’s surface.
