Description
The unmistakable aroma of ruby coloured sour cherries come together in this delicious combination with the natural sweetness of acacia honey. The result is an irresistible sweet sour pairing, that’s ready to sweeten your breakfast or snacks with the sweet and sour notes of fresh cherries and pure floral acacia honey. The cherries remain intact as whole fruits which burst in your mouth, giving an incomparable, fresh and fruity flavour.
The product is unique and sensational. It is ideal for breakfast with yoghurt, cereal, pancakes or simply a slice of bread. Or as an indulgent sweet treat straight from the jar. Once you’ve tried it we are sure you will be back for another jar or to try another flavour.
Melinis use advanced crystallisation technology to create this product, which allows for the combination or fusion of the bilberries with natural acacia honey at temperatures below 35 degrees. This allows for the fruits to stay whole and keep all of their nutritional properties and vitamins, it also enhances the aroma and flavour of the fruits.
Sour cherries are rich in fiber & vitamins and low in sugar. They are so much more than a refreshing snack on a hot day, they can contribute to the recovery of muscle tissue, relieve pain, prevent the onset of serious disease and prevent the formation of wrinkles due to their high beta-carotene content.
