These Tellicherry black peppercorns are smoked over teak wood, paddy husk and coconut husk, which gives them a rich, smoky depth on top of their natural heat. They won a 2-Star Great Taste Award in 2023. The flavour is spicy, smoky and earthy, with a strong wood-smoke aroma.
