A high-strength, one-a-day Vitamin B Complex providing all eight essential B vitamins with notable upgrades over a typical drugstore B complex: methylcobalamin is used in place of cyanocobalamin for the B12, and L-5-MTHF (the active folate) is used in place of folic acid.
