Vitamin D3 and K2 5000IU / 100mcg

Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 work together in the body’s calcium-handling pathways. Vitamin D3 helps regulate calcium absorption from the diet; Vitamin K2 plays a role in directing where that calcium is deposited. Combining the two in a single supplement is now a common approach, particularly for those supplementing with higher D3 doses.

Each tablet provides:

• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) — 5,000IU (125mcg)
• Vitamin K2 (MK-7 all-trans) — 100mcg

The cholecalciferol used is extracted from lanolin — the same natural source from which the body produces its own vitamin D. As a result, this product is suitable for vegetarians but not suitable for vegans.
