Waterfall D-Mannose is a food supplement made with birch-derived D-mannose. Each tablet contains 1000mg (1g). This 50-tablet pack includes two pocket dispensers.
How to use
For a daily routine, the manufacturer recommends two to three tablets once or twice daily. Its flexible-use guidance is two to three tablets every three hours, including once overnight; occasional-use guidance continues this for up to 48 hours. Read the supplied label and ask a pharmacist which intake, if any, is appropriate for you. Do not exceed the pack’s directions or use a supplement to delay medical assessment.
Ingredients
D-mannose 1000mg per tablet, with vegetarian magnesium stearate and an HPMC film coating (together less than 0.1g). Two tablets provide 2000mg D-mannose; no NRV is established. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The manufacturer lists it as free from the 14 major food allergens.
Safety and storage

Does D-mannose treat a urinary infection?
It is not an antibiotic and is not a substitute for UTI assessment or prescribed treatment. Contact a pharmacist or GP for urinary symptoms.
When do urinary symptoms need urgent advice?
Contact NHS 111 or seek urgent GP advice if symptoms come with fever, shivering, pain in the back under the ribs, blood in urine, or worsen or do not improve within 48 hours. Pregnancy, male urinary symptoms and symptoms in children also need clinical assessment.
