Food use

Use in cooking, baking or food preparation as you would other coconut oils. Use a clean, dry utensil to remove the amount needed.

Hair and skin use

Warm a small amount between your hands and apply sparingly to hair or skin. Patch test before first cosmetic use. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue cosmetic use if irritation occurs.

Keep food and cosmetic use hygienic

Decant the portion needed for cosmetic use into a separate clean container. Do not return used oil to the jar or introduce fingers, water or used utensils into oil intended for food.

Storage

Store closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Coconut oil naturally becomes firmer in cooler temperatures and softens when warm. Follow the date and storage guidance on the label.
