Higher Nature Zinc & Copper, offered by Kachina Holistics, is a highly bioavailable mineral complex designed to support immunity, energy, hormone balance and healthy skin. Zinc is involved in over 300 enzyme reactions and nearly 10% of all proteins in the body, making it one of the most multi‑tasking nutrients you can supplement. It contributes to normal cognitive function, protects cells from oxidative stress and supports the maintenance of normal testosterone, oestrogen and thyroid hormones—key players in energy, mood, metabolism and libido.
To ensure mineral balance, this formula includes copper in the correct ratio. Zinc and copper share absorption pathways, so long‑term zinc supplementation can reduce copper levels if not paired appropriately. Copper itself supports immunity, energy production and iron transport, making this combination both effective and intelligently designed.
This blend also supports beauty from within, contributing to collagen formation, normal hair and skin pigmentation, and helping maintain clear, balanced skin—particularly useful for those prone to breakouts.
