🌿 Valerian Root Cut – Valeriana officinalis

Dried, cut Valerian root with a distinctive earthy, woody aroma, packed in the UK. A tall European perennial whose root has been part of European herbal tradition since ancient Greece and Rome.

🍵 How to Brew

Add 1–2 teaspoons to 250ml freshly boiled water and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. Pairs well with chamomile, lemon balm or ginger.
